Eastern States Cup round 8 at Killington Mountain was a blast! The trails were mint, the course was perfect, and the competition was fierce! I settled into a comfortable race pace that kept me rubber side down (for the most part). The speed wasn’t quite there, but I’m happy that I didn’t wreck my body this weekend. The goal right now is to ride smoothly with confidence, with the idea that the speed will follow.
Now time to focus again! This lady has a research conference that she needs to prepare for — ESA here I come!
